Service Facilitator

Position Description

Subaru of Wakefield is seeking a Service Facilitator to increase our customer satisfaction and drive up Service sales.

Responsibilities

•    Ensuring that all incoming calls are answered promptly and professionally
•    Greet every Service Customer arriving and direct to the appropriate Service Advisor
•    Thorough follow up of each and every Service opportunity walk in and incoming calls with Service Advisors
•    Monitoring and tracking every incoming call and message sent to Service Advisors for through follow-up throughout the day and end of day, escalate to Service management accordingly.
•    Set Service appointments accordingly
•    Daily appointment confirmation
•    Mastering all training materials provided by Service Manager and /or Dealership Management
•    Following the Service Department scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound calls
•    Ability to work well under pressure
•    Acquiring a complete knowledge of Subaru makes and models
•    Ensuring that all information entered into any of Subaru of Wakefield systems is consistent and accurate, 100% logging of all contact made with customer and Service Advisor
•    Developing a thorough understanding of Subaru of Wakefield policies and procedures and demonstrating adherence to them
•    Consistently maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly goals which correspond to the objectives of the Service department and your individual performance
•    Maintaining consistent essential communication link between the customer, service advisors and Service Management

Position Requirements

•    High school diploma or equivalent experience, required
•    Previous customer service experience, strong preferred
•    Must be willing and able to work revolving hours including weekends
•    Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing.
•    Ability to interact with customers with efficiency and courtesy.
•    Knowledge of appropriate telephone etiquette.
•    Ability to listen and answer customer questions on the phone and in person.
•    Ability to properly document customer concerns
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Express Service Representative

Position Description

The Express Service Representative (ESR) is the primary contact between the Service Department and Express Service customers. Primary goals are to provide outstanding customer service while maximizing the sales of express services and related parts.

Responsibilities

•    Sell Express services and related parts to customers
•    Identify customer requests and qualify vehicle for Express Service
•    Conduct a limited vehicle walk-around
•    Present multi-point inspection results to customers
•    Recommend needed express services and related parts
•    Conduct a detailed active delivery of each vehicle
•    Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies
•    Maintain current knowledge of Subaru vehicle service requirements, operations, warranties and campaigns, and Technical Service Bulletins
•    Maintain current knowledge of state and local laws and regulations related to automotive service and repair, including lemon laws
•    Write complete, accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership policies

Position Requirements

•    Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
•    Experience Prior retail or automotive service sales experience preferred.
•    Excellent communication and customer relations skills
•    Strong customer service focus
•    Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking ability
•    Valid driver's license

Express Service Technician

Position Description

The Express Service Technician performs basic service and light repairs on customer vehicles. Primary goals are safe, efficient performance of all service and repair tasks as defined in dealership processes and policies.

Responsibilities

•    Performs express service and light repairs on customer vehicles
•    Conducts multi-point inspections of customer vehicles to identify needed express services and repairs
•    Follows all required safety and hazardous materials procedures as required by dealership policies and applicable laws and regulations
•    Uses and maintains dealership-provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition
•    Documents inspection findings and service requirements clearly and accurately and communicates them to the Express Service Representative
•    Communicates proactively to ensure a smooth, safe flow of work through the Express Service bays
•    Quality-checks own work and the work of other Technicians as requested

Position Requirements

•    High school diploma or equivalent required
•    Some automotive technology courses preferred
•    Prior automotive service experience preferred
•    Basic knowledge of automotive technology and related tools/equipment
•    Strong customer service focus
•    Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking ability
•    Valid driver's license
•    Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Sales Associate

Position Description

The position of Sales Associate is a critical position that literally is the face of the dealership to our customers. Successful execution of the position requires skills in communication, sales, organization, paperwork details and the abilities to learn, follow processes, positively interact with all customers and take and follow direction.

Following are the proficiencies required to successfully fulfill the position of Sales Associate. The performance of the individual will be periodically measured against this list of proficiencies on a scale of 1 - 5 in an effort to provide the associate the feedback necessary to fully understand corporate expectations and continue to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

•    Consistently greets customers with positive attitude, warm smile and genuine welcome to our place of business.
•    Consistently completes the fact finding steps with customers.
•    Consistently provides our customers with a quality vehicle presentation demonstrating that you were listening to their needs, are knowledgeable about the vehicle and prepared with competitive comparisons.
•    Consistently provides our customers with a high quality vehicle demonstration highlighting equipment, features, value, safety, etc.
•    Consistently offers a trade walk highlighting vehicle condition issues and completing trade appraisal form as directed by management.
•    Consistently provides a service walk showing facility, technology, service awards and introductions demonstrating the quality of our service department.
•    Proficient in the skills of negotiation and closing utilizing the tools and process provided by the dealership.
•    Consistently fulfills a quality customer delivery process as described by written factory process to include: quality finance T.O., review of vehicle features /settings, review of maintenance schedule, setting first oil change appointment, transfer to tags and personal belongings, CSI review, delivery checklist review and request for referrals.
•    Consistently completes dealership prescribed process of after sale follow
•    Demonstrates sales CSI scores consistently at or above zone average.
•    Consistently records new customer contact in CRM and updates progress.
•    Promptly and consistently provides for text, email and phone response communications with customers and logging each into CRM.
•    Demonstrates proficiency and use of CRM creative tools and reports in the sales process

Position Requirements

•    High school diploma or equivalent experience, required
•    Prior sales or retail experience, required
•    Prior car sales experience, preferred
•    Current and valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, required
•    Position may require outside travel to designated locations.
•    Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, etc.
•    Frequently utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information and / or use a keyboard
•    Occasionally required to lift / push / carry items up to 25 pounds
•    Frequently work near moving mechanical parts
•    Frequently work around fumes, airborne particles or toxic chemicals
•    Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions
