Design
The Subaru Solterra is a crossover electric SUV with seating for up to five passengers and a rear cargo hold accessible through a rear liftgate. The design blends the Subaru brand's ruggedness while creating a modern look. On the exterior, ruggedness and off-road worthiness are reinforced with robust body cladding around the wheel wells and door sills, enhanced ground clearance, and standard roof rails.

You can expect a range of up to 227 miles with a fully charged battery. The electric powertrain makes 215 horsepower and nearly instantaneous torque for acceleration times of zero to 60 mph in 6.1 seconds. With 8.3 inches of ground clearance, you can feel confident venturing off-road.
