Continue to be good communicators and listeners. I was ready to get rid of my 2.5 year old Outback, it just wasn't driving well and didn't feel safe. I had been taking it to Cxxxxe Subaru in Arlington and they were just dismissive. I described my concerns and The guys at Wakefield went over it did an alignment and now it drives great (no more waffling on the highway) and I feel safe. It is also nice to be treated like a regular person, not like someone who is wasting their time (Like they do at Cxxxxe) They are worth the trek to Wakefield for me.
